Simtech's story

Renatus offered a succession solution to retiring co-founder Fergal Keoghto facilitate his exit from the business. The deal also allowed the other co-founder Capt. Sé Pardy, to de-risk and reduce his shareholding while remaining actively involved in the business and driving the next phase of Simtech’s growth journey.

Renatus sourced the Martello Group, a global group of airline entrepreneurs, to co-invest in Simtech. Martello’s deep knowledge and connections in the aviation sector have been crucial in unlocking strategic growth opportunities for the business.

Partnering with the Martello Group, Renatus assisted in the sourcing and appointment of an experienced CEO and Commercial Director in Simtech, to facilitate succession planning and to ensure the long-term success of the business.
