About the Role

  • Renatus is now hiring an Office Manager to take on a wide variety of responsibilities that support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the office
  • Greeting visitors, meeting organisation and support
  • Coordinating appointments, trips, events and meetings
  • Managing senior members schedules
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels and vendors
  • Participate in the creation and proofing of commercial and board level reports
  • Helping to update and maintain the CRM system
  • Helping to prepare the weekly newsletter and other marketing communications
  • Assisting finance colleagues in the expensing and invoicing processes
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and fire protocols


  • Commercial acumen and strong interest in business and entrepreneurship
  • Attention to detail
  • Social Media proficiency
  • Five years of experience in office administration
  • Office management experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous CRM experience is a benefit

About the Role

The role of the Finance Director will be to maintain all books and records and ensure compliance with any relevant taxes and company filings in Ireland and UK. The successful candidate will work alongside all team members in the senior executive team and be jointly responsible for all Finance matters in Ireland and report directly to the founders. Other special ad hoc assignments would be allocated from time to time.

Regular Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain all primary accounting records, company secretarial and files in an orderly fashion for the management company, holding company for investors and holding companies for investments
  • Ensuring compliance with all payroll and sales taxes, filings, company secretarial, institutional investor requirements etc.
  • Oversee all operations across all subsidiaries and ensure all financial controllers report timely and accurately for each operation for purposes of group reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Financial review and sign-off of all material contracts
  • Compile financial reports for all external funding financial institutions and investors
  • To prepare the production of annual statutory accounts and corporation tax returns, in liaison with external audit and tax consultants
  • May have some CRM compliance and HR tasks
  • Prepare accurate cash forecasting and management


  • Involvement of accounting for investee company out of scope initially
  • Involvement in new deals out of scope initially beyond the compliance required for holding companies
  • Will have the support of the Office Manager and some outsourced accountancy company

Qualifications & Experience

  • Primary Degree coupled with a qualified recognised international accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA)
  • Medium/Big company audit training
  • 5-10 years experience in the industry
  • Ability to maintain strategic relationships with key leaders across Ireland and UK region such as investors, corporate secretaries, auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
  • Knowledge to roll out and maintain accounts using a relevant accounting software package
  • Advanced Excel/Modelling skills are an advantage
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of accounting standards
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised
  • Good communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
